Foundations: Foundations are monument footings, made of concrete, designed to stabilize a monument. Elm Grove Cemetery provides these footings once an order from a monument company is filed with the office. The current charge for a foundation is $75.00 per square foot. This charge will be billed to the family or their monument professional.
